Pumpkin Chia Seed Pudding

Our Pumpkin Chia Seed Pudding is so easy and will last for a few morning when you make it in bulk like this recipe. ⁠

Here’s what you need⁠
1/2 cup pumpkin puree⁠
2 cups Pure Mylk-Almond, prepared as milk ⁠
1/4 tsp vanilla ⁠
7 tbsp chia seeds⁠
1 tbsp maple syrup, more if you like it a little sweeter ⁠
1/2 tsp cinnamon ⁠

1. In a blender combine milk, pumpkin puree, vanilla, cinnamon, maple syrup, and 1 tbsp chia seeds and blend for 1 minute on high. ⁠
2. In an airtight container mix the remaining chia seeds and the milk mixture whisking together while slowly pouring in the milk to avoid clumps. ⁠
3. Let the pudding set over night and serve up in the morning with your favorite toppings. ⁠

You can also pre-portion into jars and add topping to save time in the morning for an on the go breakfast. ⁠
