Chai Almond Banana Bread
Here’s what you need
4 overly ripe banana’s
1/4 cup Pure Mylk-almond concentrate
2 cups almond flour
½ cup coconut flour
2 eggs
1 tsp baking soda
3 Tbsp Chai seasoning (make your own or use one that has good ingredients to avoid added sugars and additives.)
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 Tbsp organic Date sugar
½ tsp sea salt
Avocado oil/coconut oil spray/ghee something to grease the loaf pan
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- In a bowl mash 3 bananas with a fork, then add the remaining ingredients and fully combine.
- Spray/grease the loaf pan and transfer the batter from the bowl into the pan.
- With the last remaining banana peel and slice in half-length wise and place on top with sliced side up.
- Bake in the oven for 45-60 minutes, depending on the stretch of the oven. Check with a toothpick to make sure nothing sticks to test when the loaf is ready.
- Let cool for 10 minutes and slice and enjoy. I like to have put a little ghee and sea salt on top.
Can slice and freeze individual slices and heat them up as you please, enjoy!
