Pumpkin Pie Power Bites

Here’s what you need
12 dates
3/4 cup almond flour
1/3 cup pumpkin purée
3 Tbsp toasted pecans
3 Tbsp toasted pumpkin seeds
1 Tbsp flax meal
1/4 cup Pure Mylk Cashew nut base
1/4 tsp seal salt
1/8 cup bee pollen 🐝
1. In a food processor add the dates and pulse down until a dough ball forms.
2. Add remaining ingredients and set to low until a wet dough forms, you might need to scrape the sides a few times to incorporate all ingredients.
3. Roll into 1-1/2 Tbsp size balls until all the dough is used.
4. Roll half or all in bee pollen, totally up to you!
5. Refrigerate for one hour to firm up the bite size balls.
6. Store in a air right container and keep for 2 weeks.
